Ugly House to Lovely House / C4 - Series 3 / Ep1

Mono-house, Dungeness

GWA recently received planning approval for a second project on the Dungeness Estate in Kent. Mono-house is a prototype cottage drawn from the monochromatic utility structures found on the peninsula.

Greenwhich Peninsula Substation

Currently nearing completion on Greenwhich Peninsula is a new electricity substation designed by GWA. The project extends our portfolio in exemplar utility design and adopts a framed brick plinth with vertically finned shrouds to enclose the equipment at higher level. Work will complete in early 2019.
